After understanding the role of holistic health through the facets of energy and emotions in physicality, fitness became my happy pill. I realized that the mental makeup of how one views physical health and habit building mattered a lot in the long journey. These realizations made me seek avenues where I could spread this knowledge, from 20xx to 20xx, I partnered with more than 200 gyms in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh to spread awareness to the larger ecosystem.
After having experimented with a handful of formats that have to do with physical fitness, I found myself being drawn to Movement Flow. Movement Flow is not just a practice, it is a lifestyle and the depth and the creativity associated with it made me extremely intrigued. So, I went to understand the concept of movement, its finer nuances and how it integrates athleticism and creativity seamlessly. After two years of acquainting myself with everything movement, I became India's first Movement Flow teacher. With all my knowledge I aim to create future leaders of the movement who look at building health through the lens of holistic mental and physical well-being along with understanding the power of nutrition, habit building and diet.
